- CBE supplies worldwide
- Deliveries to locations outside New Zealand are subject to additional postal charges
- Any return of goods is subject to CBE returns policy.
- Payment terms are credit card (NZD) only.
- A street address will be required for courier delivery
- All prices include GST
- Prices current at 2013 subject to change without notice.
- Goods will be dispatched within 5 working days.
Online course bookings
For courses booked online, a full refund is available if you change your mind for any reason.To be eligible for this refund, you must advise CBE at least 7 days prior to the course start date. If notice of change is shorter than seven days a $20 administration fee will apply, with the balance of your payment returned.
Privacy
The information provided as part of the checkout process is used for the purposes of fulfilling order only. CBE does not store your credit card number, as it is processed directly with our payment processor and bank.To keep you informed we will hold your name and address on file. Please advise us if you do not wish to receive further information.
Return and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item but it must be within 30 days of purchase. This applies to sales within New Zealand only. The product will need to be in a saleable condition, in its original packaging together with all accessories and proof of purchase in order to obtain a refund at the original purchase price.
